Found an easy solution to this. Wake up sire by attacking it with ranged (not stun) Two of the vents are closer than the others. These can be killed by a long ranged bows like Craw's or crystal bow (on long ranged) without getting hit by tentacles. Now stun sire with a shadow spell and kill the other two vents. Finish off the Sire kill.
