Hawkmoon has naturally high stability and handling and the paracausal charges increases those as well so feels pretty redundant. It synergizes really well with the catalyst because of the boost in stability, handling, and range alongside killing wind buffs. Hawkmoon has poor base range compared to other 140s, but if you have the catalyst, each stack of Paracausal increases your range so having something to get the ball rolling quicker is amazing.
