Other than that worthless. Golden form nerf killed it. Remember Frieza race is 3rd strongest Ki blast supers. You had to have thin Frieza race with 125 in basic attack to really use the ki blast attacks. The increase damage from all sources was a low blow to golden form. They nerf golden to boost SS Blue evolve.

Only suggestions regarding stat allocation would be to put 125 into Basic Attack. You could put 42 or 84 points into Stamina, enough to give you one or two extra bars. Stamina is important for melee builds. Ki and HP aren't too important for PvE, for a melee build anyways.
