if your opening is weak, you will end up with even worse dps at the end, so really nailing the rotation down is what you should practive if you want to do good dps. its not hard on scourge, since you have a lot of time to fill with autoattack when all your skills are on cd. other classes are way way harder and are quite fast.

28. Posted September 28, 2017. I use 4 lich runes and 2 trapper runes for the condi duration. You could use 4 nightmare runes instead of the lich runes. Both end up giving you 25% condi duration with the trapper runes but lich gives vitality and nightmare gives condi dmg.

Small words... - Condi builds focus on condition damage. - Curses (read corruptions) are the utilities that often offer the most condition damage output. - Curse (the traitline) is the only line that offer 200 condition damage (stat) and boost significantly your main sources of conditions.

So I swapped my runes over to nightmare/trapper and have been playing with condi DPS renegade and condi DPS thief. So I thought it was time to make ascended light gear and it was either a choice between condi scourge and chrono. Plus, I have some really nice shield skins and have always wanted a reason to use a shield in gw2.
