It's not the lightning round. Its the taken round in the first 2 encounters. Just have to wait for it to be in rotation. For that triumph it needs you to complete the taken dare on legend difficulty, not the lightning round. I’ve noticed that a lot of people need taken still and it hasn’t been in rotation for a while.
