(Hard) dungeons were never meant to give good experience, and because of that the base experience the mobs give is SO bad that even with the hidden 60% added (for being a command mission), it's still less than doing the highest non-(Hard) command missions.Get yourself a healer, a tank, and an archer. And yes technically they're in the Actions menu and you can allocate those to your cross hotbars if you wanted to.. However, it is not necessary, and there is really no reason, especially on higher-button jobs, to try to make space for these extra action buttons.
