Wrong actually, only if you use ffxiv's macros. There's a 3rd party ffxiv quick launcher that has multiple plugins. While I don't use it, I have tested the plugin it has that combines certain sets of skills into PVP macros. They honestly work perfectly and just as well as using them normally.
