It looks like the Husky box is a little smaller on overall dimensions and the drawer configuration is slightly different as well. Otherwise the cheap-ass in me is a bit torn. $185 is significantly cheaper than $255 for the HF box with 15% coupon. Plus when you include the accompanying top box its another $55 difference.
