How to stop flying in ark.
enablecheats / disable cheats? there doesn't seem to be a way to disable them. Others have said repeating the command, but that does not seem to work. Not sure exactly what you want to do. when you enter enablecheats password in the console, the cheats are only enabled for you, no one else.

you might need to die and spawn at a bed, that is above the ground textures. there is a bug where flying dinos get stuck like you have said when flying to close to the ground, you need to dismount to fix that one, so try the death and bed trick and see if that works, might help if the bed is raised 1 or 2 walls off the ground height. ggGet a decent raptor to ride around and you'll be so much safer and faster. They're relatively easy to tame (with a bola) and pretty good fighters.
