Small update on this thread. I had an old NUC lying around. Just checked the HEVC compatibility for the integrated Prozessor (Pentium N3700). So i slapped on a proxmox and migrated the jellyfin LXC container to it to see if transcoding would work. It works, i can successfully transcode HEVC streams with the small NUC.
