I was running a Kuva Siphon mission on Eris and had 3/4 of the braids destroyed. The lights began flickering indicating the Stalker was showing up. The exact timing of his arrival coincided with the last braid on the siphon attempting to pull in a Kuva cloud. The cloud never spawned, even after the Stalker was defeated.

Kuva Flood is still not 100% chance to drop a relic. The bug was supposed to be fixed, but you can still get out of a kuva flood without getting a relic. Kuva Siphon destroyed, Kuva recieved, no relic. Mission was level 80-100, everything was working apart from the relic drop. This thread is archived.

Two kuva flood missions (first had a few minutes left, second had just refreshed) in a row with no kuva siphon spawn, I checked every inch of the map in both missions.
