Thing is the boss weapon greatswords tend to be better in elemental builds. I mean I like the Watcher Greatsword a lot but it's not great in a strength build. And the Loyce Greatsword (or for that matter the Drakeblood GS which takes petrified Dragon Bones) aren't strenth weapons. The Curved Dragon GS might be good.

But the true best ultra greatsword will always be the "Greatsword". It also can be buffed, unlike the BKUG, which cannot since it has a permanent damage bonus to it.

I would use a dagger or another light weapon in your right hand and staff in left and use either determination for 60% spell damage for 10 fp a cast.
