Wyvern is only good when the target is poisonable, you have the 90m cinderbane gloves, and you have a high hit chance. A lot of people talk shit about the nox bow, but for the content you are doing (or going to do), a nox bow might be better. If you do slayer without the cinderbanes then a nox bow is better.
