I keep getting water into my hull and I had already replaced my carbon ring and the VTS boot on the jet pump due to it being torn. I just did my carbon ring & seals on my speedster 155- the stainless ring has 2 O-rings and a tight fit on the shaft. the shaft is lose in the carbon ring- the carbon ring rides on the face of the stainless bushing- not a fun job by any means.
