In that glitch you used fortify restoration potions to boost enchantment (not enchantment potions). For current cap enchantments you need only a few things. The Fix. The mod utilizes Game Settings used in the formula to alter the effect of skill-dependent part of the formula. Makes prices of enchantments independent from your Enchanting skill.
