Alturr is best DPS for single target as long as paired with a good dps player thanks to making marked enemies take 10% extra damage. Also a good healer for those of us without zoom. Treek has really cool animations so sometimes I rank her up too. Outside of zoom, alturr, and Shae it doesnt matter.
IMO, Operative. Both of the Operative DPS specs are some of the best DPS specs around, tho severally underplayed in PvE. Concealment is pure single-target melee, while Lethality is dot focused and a bit more range. If you want to go Snipe, Virulence is the most played in endgame ops, tho I find it kinda awkward for day-to-day adventuring.

But smug heals are solid (great in pvp), fun, and useful even in off-spec while leveling, and stealth is more useful than every other utility in the game combined and then some.
