Once you have Nidus, you should be able to instantly remove the cysts from any new Warframe. To wait a week before you can remove it now is just annoying and really serves no purpose.

In all cases, a mature cyst can be drained to breed a Helminth Charger in the incubator if you have a Kubrow Egg, at least one open slot, and an incubator core. Mature or not, the Cyst can be cured by going into the Infested room and sitting in the chair with an infected Warframe. Once cured, the Warframe can't be reinfected.

Because the density of these cysts is pretty high compared to other open worlds, you can actually just wander around and smash a bunch of them for resources! While you may only see a container every 200m or so on the Orb Vallis, Rolizor Cysts are EVERYWHERE on the Cambion Drift. All you need is a weapon with ample punch-through. The plan is simple.

Also you must not have any other pet active to have the kubrow breeding tab showing. The draining cyst option will show up under inprint selection. And basically we end up fighting a sort of warframe cyst infected enemy similar to the murmur or the hounds. Where we must damage them enough to remove and destroy the cyst which the frame will then teleport in a flash of light instead of being killed the normal way like the hounds or murmurs. As of now, most warframes have the cyst. But after the cure is made, it will be harder to get cysts in your warframes other than Nidus (if you ever cured a warframe, you won't get a cyst again).
