Total scam. Also posted this in r/bellevue. Someone checked it out with SO and they say it's legit. Still seems scammy but the last raffle I knew about was for pies in 6th grade. It's legit, but at least 62,000 tickets need to be sold for the full Grand Prize to be awarded.
