This happens for quite a few cards unfortunately. The missing images on the lecture field, however, are because they are images taken from AK’s lectures themselves, iirc, so they wouldn’t be accessible thru the original collection of decks that AK used as a base. As for the swapped images, a similar principle applies.Best way I've found to replicate that is to rewrite those cards using Amboss as first aid 2.0 in order to nail down a couple of facts or associations you want to learn instead. Some students appreciate all of these add-ons, while others find them distracting (especially on a ~ 6-week dedicated study period). Speaking of distractions, a significant drawback of the Zanki deck (in our opinion) is that at ~20,000+ cards, there is definitely some bloat.
