I don’t think so personally. Kuko requires 65 IAS to hit the 11 frame break point and Demon Machine only takes 8 to get to11 frames. You can get Kuko down to 10 frames but it’s like over 100 IAS to do so (which would require tanking the damage output a bit and wouldn’t ultimately be worth it).
