The Warrior drops at least 15 Eridium per kill and you can go back to Normal mode with LVL 50 and LVL 61 weapons and shields and kill him quick. I have found around 33 kills gives me 500 Eridium. If we break it down, the explosions essentially provide 1.75 eridium per badass you kill so you'd have to encounter and kill something like 34 badasses just to make the equivalent amount of eridium as one single run of the Ruiner. TBH, this was really disappointing to find out.
