I would wait until at least 10dpo. I read the most common day for women to implant is at 9dpo, and you don't produce hcg until 1-2 days after implantation. Yes, some women can implant at 7 or 8dpo but if it's the most common at 9 then waiting until 10 seems the most practical to me. Progesterone fluctuates constantly going up and down and at 10 dpo it wouldn’t be any more than your body has been used too. It take a few weeks for it to get enough of any hormone to make you sick.
