Having just taken off the valve cover and replaced the intake manifold for PCV issues, I used the spcs from the cruzetalk forums which say to torque it to 71 INCH pounds. Some googling says that converts to 5.92 ft lbs. I also referenced this video at around 4 min it shows the pattern to tighten the bolts
