01/04/2012 at 6:08 am. i was always told never read a test after 10 minutes! i did a test while ago and forgot about it looked at it 2 hours later and it showed positive! so i did another in the morning waited the 5 minutes and was neg it was an evap line! give it a couple days and maybe do another one to confirm if its pos or neg! good luck! x. 0.
But I have had evaps on these ICs before when not pregnant and although I think the line was a little more clear than an evap I am not sure. With DS I had some a couple where I could see something like that the days before it became a faint positive. The problem is, even people who say that they got a faint BFP on a blue dye before they did on a pink test don't KNOW that it was a true positive and that the test was picking up HCG. it could have been just a faulty test. The absolute WORST ones are the blue dye in the clear casing.

Took this clear blue test today, waited 10 mins and shown up as a negative. An hour later, there's a very faint line.
