I don't believe 100 fortitude gives anything special. 100 fortitude AND 100 willpower gives you brick wall, which stops you from being ragdolled (sharko kick, and stuff). 40 fortitude gives you exo which is where most people stop of they're not going brick wall. Edit: Oh and you usually only level up a stat until you reach a skill you desire.

It has mostly treshers, sharkos and ocasionally king treshers, i suggest not fighting king treshers on lower levels but do what you want.
