Aug 19, 2022 · They stack and it's broken, if you kick a gen and the survivor hit the skill check and work it and then get chased off you don't even have to kick the gen again and it continues to regress. Actually, the combo isn't broken, overcharge itself is broken. Overcharge should not keep the skill check on screen if you leave the gen, right now it does.
Call of brine is a tricky perk because it physically requires you to kick the generator, so it doesn’t combo with perks that automatically explode the gen (you can’t kick a gen if it has exploded and started regressing) like pain resonance, or jolt, but I believe you can combo it with things like pop the weasel because both require you to kick gens, and overcharge as well. The way I see it is that Call of Brine has less regression but offers more consistent regression while Overcharge offers much better regression but isn't guaranteed to hit that point. Also Call of Brine does give noise notifications as well so I think there's valid reasons to run one over the other (Assuming they don't stack)Remember, Call of brine will NOT activate from regressing with these perks, only from kicking. But, while it is active after a kick, any regression that occurs from any source will be twice as fast. For example, you kick a generator to activate Call of brine, but a survivor immediately touches it and leaves.

Lullaby and Merciless Storm + Madness makes it like you're playing Osu on DBD. While Call of Brine and Overcharge is there to make sure that 90% Gen Progress that was blocked by Merciless Storm will turn to Dust in 30 Secs.
