Tasks I liked the most were: Elves (Iorworth): ~500k slay xp/hr and decent gp/hr, just takes a while to get 5 on you, then it's full 5 min afk. Idk why you would block them. For a lot of slayer you're going to have to mostly choose if you want afk tasks or good xp tasks. The best xp tasks in the game are ones that you can cannon or barrage in multicombat areas - nechrayels, dust devils, dagganoth, smoke devils, suqah, and bloodveld off the top of my head.It depends on how heavy you want to push exp, you could look into blocking wyverns and whatnot as the slayer exp is minimal but the profit is great.
