In my Manchu/Qing runs when I would attack ming I always had 40k force limit or a little bit less. You never want to allow ming to get all their armies together, as soon as you see a small or a medium sized stack approach (up to 40k man) you want to attack it. You most likely won't be able to win a fight against a Ming deathstack at that point.

Manchu has great ideas and thr fact that it is horde is what will get you to a WC. Razing is VITAL in wc as it gives you mana points and reduces coring cost of the province, the tribal feud CB is very useful so you won't have to be wasting diplomats trying to covert action.
