Heavy lothric knight gs, heavy greatsword and fume are probably the best ultra greatswords at 66 str. It works better with dex and better still on a buff build but a good alternative to that is the zweihander which you get from greirat. The zweihander is relatively light for its size and is good heavy infused. Exile CGS is the best weapon in PvE.
