Cam and crank share NE- as ground, G2 is cam signal and NE+ is crank. Igniter gnd maxes @ 120 mV and drops to 90's mV on the crank, tested using voltmeter. Power feed to the igniter is good.

Crank the engine to get rid of any raw fuel sitting on the pistons, also the sparkplugs are best replaced or at least cleaned, before trying to start again.
