depends what your trying to afk / idle tbh, combat means higher combat stats (more damage + more accuracy) / better equipment. skills is the same, higher level. but in general you should 100% max astrology first, get everything to level 99 mastery and unlock every modifier + cap them. astrology boosts EVERY skill, it lowers the action timer for most skills so you technically idle faster
