So one of my objectives is to search base computer archives. But when I interact with it, the only options are to capture new base screenshot, upload base, delete base, and leave. The game picks either the first, second or third word to be the correct answer. So you have a one in 3 chance and get to keep picking so by your third guess you should unlock it. But if there's a way to outright know the right answer, I haven't seen or figured it out yet. Is the Base Computer Archive mission the active mission? If it isn't, you'll only have the option to rename or upload your base at the computer. Once you set it as the active quest in your log, interacting with the computer should give you different dialogue to initiate the quest.

Storage Container 0's blueprint is the first blueprint uncovered by the Base Computer after the player reaches a certain point in the Artemis Path and begins the Base Computer Archives quest. The blueprints for storage containers 1-9 are given by the Overseer early on in the advanced base-building quest.
