Dash: anything that gives the second status to proc privileged status is great. Call/Cast: pick your favorite, or one that gives a good duo boon.
There are so many builds it's hard to say. General rule of thumb is to go Zeus/Dioynsus for fast attacks, Artemis/Aphrodite/Athena for higher base damage attacks, and Ares doom for something in between. So Zeus might be useful for attack (especially if you get the Flurry Jab hammer) and Ares/Zeus for the special.Putting a workbench together is easier than it sounds. It just takes some planning on what you need the bench to do for you. Build it from scratch or use existing components to create even a heavy-duty workbench.

Hades Aspect is probably the best of the bunch simply because it goes best with the overall playstyle of the spear (Charge Attack over everything) while actually making regular attacks and specials actually worthwhile. The Hades Aspect gives you the most "diverse" playstyle I'd say, while Achilles focuses a bit more on mobility and casts.
For Hades aspect, against bosses standing still and charging special is just asking to take damage especially at higher heat. The 10 second buff is balanced around the fact that it's hard to get off. With Achilles there's virtually no downside. I wouldn't get too caught up in the fact that it only buffs 4 moves. Aegis - The Shield of Chaos. Just use the basic bow/Zag's bow. Equip Artemis's keepsake. Keep playing until you get the Flurry Shot hammer. Take Artemis's Attack Boon, and put every Pom you get into it. With aphro you can have a perma charm build that deals a lot of damage. With ares you have an easy doom stacking build. With artemis you have a lot of crit and damage. With poseidon, you can get the zeus poseidon duo boon and then it turns into a monster. With demeter, you have a lot of damage plus easy chill stack.
