For the artisan quest, you'll need 20x alterac swiss, 10x tangy clam meat and 10x large eggs. Clam meat is easy if you have any quests involving Naga; they drop it in large clams. Alterac swiss I believe you can buy from the cheese shop in SW and perhaps at the inn in Goldshire. Large eggs - not sure about these.
