This regards the "Follow the Degassi" achievement which is unlocked when you find the Degassi Sea Base in the jellyshroom cave and then pick up all of the PDA's lying around the base. The base is a wreck and the hatch to it has broken off and fallen into the sand. One of the more obscure PDA's is in that hatch.
