Just check every drop you get from the raid, and when you eventually find one with Dreaming Spectrum you can dismantle it for the shader.Spectrum is a guaranteed drop on curated raid weapons, and also has a low chance to drop on weapons/armor. In regards to dreaming cast which is the armor shader, it has a low chance to drop on raid weapons or armor. Dismantling gear with it will give you the shader.Basically i want to know if they still drop and is it possible to obtain the dreaming spectrum shader from them.
