I usually get their sets to drop but after a couple of hours, they stop dropping it and just drops the Sunlight Medals. This is just my observation, but I didn't use the Rusted Coin because I only have 6 of it through out the game and I feel like it will be wasted, but when I'm on my 26th medal, i started using it and I noticed the slow drop of the Sunlight Medals.
