Ive had mouse over heals for healing for about two years in ffxiv. I have mo for my three "heals" per healer. The basic heal, the special heal (cure 2, adlo, benefic 2) and the small/special heal (regen, embrace (fairy), aspected benefic). You don't need mo for aoe heals of course.Text macros in general are largely pointless (people aren't reading chat mid-fight usually) and sound effects are nothing but an annoyance to everyone but a cohealer. Add in that putting the actions in macros has high risk of failure or delay compared to just doing them normally and I'd say these aren't the best way to handle things.
