Edit for future ref: When doing macro, make the /ac "spell" line repeat as many times you can. Combat macros are bit janky like that and if I remember right (dont quote me on this), are tied to fps. So adding more lines "makes sure it works". And as noted below, pressing another macro will break previous macro.
