I just finished dt2 last night roughly those stats. Can confirm, anyone can do these bosses around these levels. They seem to have very low def. Quest versions yes, post quest... not so much. I'm mid 85-90s on my iron and pb for vardorvis and duke are around 4:30 with no mistakes (whip and arclight).No date, though Ash says they probably won't be out before Christmas. TL;DR: Take some items off the CoX drop table and put them on the drop tables of the new, repeatable, DT2 bosses. Personally for me Leviathan is the hardest because of fast prayer switching.. I struggle to pray 2-3 different attacks and try to smoke barraga it. Sometimes it bugs out the smoke and it just KO's me. All other DT2 bosses are pretty hard but managable with some practice.
