I charged my Roam with a 60W PD usb-c charger. I got about 48% charge in 1 hour. My Move charges about 46% in 1 hour using the same 60W PD usb-c. I expected the Roam to charge faster because it's much smaller.

I called Sonos support and they nicely talked me through a solution that worked: Turn off the speakers. When off, push the power button and hold for six seconds.
