At KU I teach the courses in Military History including, World War II, the Cold War, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, and Operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. I have taught at the United States Military Academy, at West Point, NY, and the University of North Texas in Denton, where I chaired the Department of History.
