I finished the Lepers' Smile without finding the wand, I cleansed the Lost Chapel, and then I went to take the wand at the Lepers' Smile, and returned to the Lost Chapel to find the library. But the wall doesn't open, even though I have the wand. Also the Desna shrine doesn't appear either, I read that we could talk to a succubus companion here but I can't.
