You must physically rotate your switch in the direction you want. In Myahm Agana, a ball drops down and you must lead the ball using motion controls really carefully until it rolls onto the bridge on the left. It takes a lot of practice, but you can cheese it in a way if you tilt your switch before the ball drops, so you get a starting advantage.
