Since that addon also makes changes to the camera, when I use Narcissus's character panel my character is offset to the left and not centered as shown here: https://ibb.co/mcfBtxk . Is there anything I can due to fix this? Maybe if there is a way to disable DynamicCam in the character panel I could get both the addons to work …

Click 'Frame' above your name to the right. You have it! You can change your name, lvl, class, pose etc. The best way to do this is to open your communities tab and search "warfronts" and join every community with a lot of attractive members. This will help because you can only earn this set by completing the Heroic Warfront, NOT the normal one.
