Things you can kill with DHCB can generally be killed faster by a lance on top of the lance being better for general purpose stuff like slayer. I'd only use scy at nightmare if full inq but no mace or trying to pb. Fang is about 2% better than bludgeon if no inq but I'd switch over to hasta/bludgeon once you get a piece of inq. People are really overestimating the difference between fang vs rapier. Fang matches or beats rapier on any target with 30 def or higher. This video really shows just how good fang is and just how useless ... but the "30 def" number being thrown around comes from a video that is abhorrently incorrect about how defense works in osrs.
Yea sell for fang. Even if fang is slightly worse than rapier for general slayer and DHL on dragons, it's still a pretty viable alternative for both. Also fang makes dwh/bgs almost useless so you can then save for claws. And honestly fuck the b ring(I).
