As a ZR2 owner. I applaud this. The stock vacuum setup is a joke! I saved a trashed 99 ZR2 blazer from the scrap yard (because I'm a glutton for punishment) and the whole 4wd system was trashed on it. Even with a new vacuum actuator, switch, and 100% new vacuum lines through the whole thing, it still gives me fits on locking that front diff.

the problem is you always have a vacuum at the actuator under the battery.. if the vacuum lines are connected corectkly,,the problem is the vacuum switch on top of the transfer case. I just put a new one in. the old one was stuck half way in. And you can only put the 3 hose connection on one way.
