Annoyed this origin doesn't give us more districts. Don't know if it's too hard to program in, so that it's only available to subterranean builds or if the devs thought it might be too much for the origin. Perhaps also didn't want to crib too much from the Modjam origin. The lack of this kind of defeats some of the flavor.

This origin is very weak and you can argue if it doesnt give more penalties then bonus (compared to most other origins that just give bonus only) However if you have this much issue its more likely to be your meta strategy causing the problem. You have too many specialists and not enough raw material income.
