Kohler CH25 Linkage. I pulled my Kohler apart and had planned on rebuilding it and putting it back together. Well long story short. It ended up sitting around for so long that now I put it all back together and think that I am missing something on the linkage. I started it and the engine took off and even after throttling down it made no effect.
Cleaned the tanks, carb, plug, etc, put fresh gas in, fired right up, let it idle for about 5 minutes and I proceeded to finish mowing. Made it about 20 feet and it started surging. I throttled down, but the engine speed didn't drop (even at NO throttle). Then it died, again!
