In this case, my gut says that Vigilante Armaments would benefit you a whole lot more. But let's do some napkin math: With Vigilant Armaments you increase multishot from 90% to 150%. Since 2,5/1,9 = 1,315... that means you have a 31,5% boost from using it. With Hammershot you increase from the multiplier from 6,9 to 8,1.Change Vigilante Pursuit from enemy radar to sprint speed. Vigilante: armaments is usually pretty good to fill space if you have free mod-slots. Example. Status: put the mandatory mods on, create viral+heat with the 60/60 mods (currently at least, the meta could change) and put some fire rate on the weapon, because more shots, mean more procs.

The same thing goes for all other sets that have mods that can be equipped in a sentinel weapon, however having 2 of the same mod equipped (like, vigilante armaments on both rifle and sentinel) won't increase the set count twice, as stated by the wiki.
